1. Uygulama içinden silme (en hızlı yol)

CMRfast uygulamasını açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
Alt menüden Hesap sekmesine gidin.
“Hesabımı sil” seçeneğine dokunun.
Uyarıyı okuyup “Evet, hesabımı sil” ile onaylayın.

Hesabınız ve verileriniz bu işlemle silinir; ayrıca bir talep göndermeniz gerekmez. Web panelinde de aynı işlem hesap ayarlarından yapılabilir.

2. Talep göndererek silme

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız [email protected] adresine, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden “hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Kimlik doğrulamasının ardından talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size yazılı olarak bilgi verilir.

3. Hangi veriler silinir?

Hesap bilgileri (e-posta, ad/firma, şifre özeti, rol, dil tercihi) Yüklediğiniz belgeler (beyanname, fatura, ruhsat, matbu tarama, kaşe) Belgelerden çıkarılan alan verileri Üretilen CMR çıktıları ve geçmişi Matbu koçan kalibrasyon verileri Bildirim (push) kayıtları ve cihaz belirteci Teknik loglardaki hesap bağlantısı	Fatura ve ödeme kayıtları — vergi/muhasebe mevzuatı gereği tutulması zorunludur (yasal saklama süresi boyunca, ör. 10 yıla kadar) Kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemeyen toplu/anonim kullanım istatistikleri

Kalan kredileriniz silme ile birlikte iptal olur ve iade edilmez.

4. Süre

Uygulama içinden yapılan silmede hesap anında kapatılır; belgeler ve türev veriler yedek sistemlerden de en geç 30 gün içinde kaldırılır.

Account & Data Deletion

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open CMRfast and sign in to your account.
Go to the Account tab in the bottom menu.
Tap “Delete my account”.
Read the warning and confirm with “Yes, delete my account”.

This erases your account and data — no separate request is needed. The same action is available in the web panel under account settings.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address registered to your account with the subject “account deletion request”. After identity verification your request is completed within 30 days at the latest and confirmed to you in writing.

3. What is deleted?

Account details (email, name/company, password hash, role, language) Uploaded documents (declarations, invoices, registrations, form scans, stamps) Field data extracted from those documents Generated CMR output and history Pre-printed form calibration data Push notification records and device token Account linkage in technical logs	Invoice and payment records — legally required under tax and accounting law (for the statutory retention period, e.g. up to 10 years) Aggregate/anonymous usage statistics that cannot be linked to you

Any remaining credits are forfeited on deletion and are not refunded.

4. Timing

In-app deletion closes the account immediately; documents and derived data are removed from backup systems within 30 days.
